    About the Project

We start the week with another completed Fine Design project! We are taking you to the newly opened Amaya Residence complex in Sofia. The 90 m² apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a children's room and two bathrooms.
Rich shades, a soft color palette and plenty of light catch the eye as soon as you step over the threshold. The entrance hall is predominantly white with a marble print. The coat stand is made of veneered MDF. There is a seating area for added comfort while getting ready to go out. Here, as in the bedroom, we added mirrored door panels to create a greater sense of space.
Moving on to the kitchen, the eye is drawn to the wood grain of the cabinetry. We paired its warm tones with white MDF and, as a finishing touch, added LED strips to provide extra light in the cooking area. The result is a stylish, clean design.
Time to head to the comfortable lounge area. The comfort of the furniture is complemented by the visual impact of the wood paneling behind the TV, which continues into a concealed, wallpapered door leading to the bedroom. Warm tones and natural elements dominate here too, with no shortage of elegant design solutions or functionality. The built-in furniture and the wall behind the bed are made of chipboard.
